Gelato Live Show is designed to give all establishments the opportunity to create an artisan gelato parlor in a small space and without the need for a laboratory on the back. Designed to produce, display, store and serve gelato directly from the batch freezer to your customers, all with a unique simplicity and without the need for specialized personnel. Equipped with all the resources capable of guaranteeing maximum performance and reliability in all preparations that require temperature control in the cooling and stirring phases, Gelato Live Show is the ideal solution in any room to convey the unique emotion your customer to enjoy the fresh gelato in freezing. The perfect integration between the basic electronics and the inverter allows you to create any mixture, without limits, as if it were made by hand. And to all this is added the undisputed quality of the components used.
Designed for storing and serving gelato directly from the batch freezer. Dynamics, destined to leave their mark thanks to the power and efficiency of the 15It / h batch freezers. Designed to generate and deliver power, keeping consumption under control. High-level performance, able to adapt to your style to produce, display, store and serve gelato directly from the batch freezer in front of the customer. Simple and intuitive in all their functions, they allow the production of gelato, sorbets and granita even for the less experienced.

WORKSHOP TECHNIQUES

  • Stainless steel agitator.
  • Agitator shaft with upper seal.
  • Long life polyethylene (PET) scrapers.
  • Tank defrosting switch to make every agitator’s restart easier.
  • Direct drive with gearboxes lubricated for life to reduce vibrations and oscillations and avoid slippage, adjustments and replacement of belts.
  • Inverter with acceleration ramp for the agitator to protect the transmission from any mechanical stress.
  • Available with air, water, cooling system.
  • Transparent lid that allows you to control the transformation of the mixture during the entire work phase.
  • Great exposure of your product: up to 800cm2 for each tank.
  • Great capacity: 6 liters of gelato for each tank (up to 4,7 Kg).
  • Adjustable agitator speed and temperature control during production and storage to get the perfect gelato structure.
  • You can prepare and preserve different groceries: gelato, sorbets, granita.
  • Continuous refilling with the machine in production.
  • Each tank works independently and it is equipped with self control and compressor.
  • Spatula support placed directly on the agitator (optional).
  • During low season you can turn off the modules you don’t use.
  • It can be air, water or mixte cooled; on request the condensing unit can be placed externally up to 10 meters away.
  • On board computer with 62 programs: each program works easily and automatically, with preset parameters or manually. By regulating the agitator speed and the product consistency you will obtain gelato / ice cream with different overruns.
  • 1 mixing program. For mixing, whipping, washing.
  • 40 batch freezing programs with “Ad Hoc” density control. They allow you to choose the ideal gelato consistency, according to the used kind of mix, with the chance to insert min and max quantities (you can work also with only the 30% of the maximum quantity).
  • 1 batch freezing / cooling program with time control. It allows you to choose the ideal cycle according to time.
  • 5 batch freezing / cooling / preserving programs with temperature control. It allows you to choose the ideal temperature.
  • 1 night service program for ageing mix to 4°C.
  • 7 batch freezing density control programs.
  • 7 chain programs. Thanks to this important innovation it is possible to combine up to 5 different programs.
  • The operator can change the cycles in progress dynamically by changing the stirrer speed or the consistency of the finished product he wants to obtain. He can save the new parameters for subsequent cycles.
  • Multi-language display 2.5 inches with visual, alphanumeric or graphic signals of the cycle in progress.
  • Variable agitator speed to work gelato / ice cream with different structures (high performance agitator speed variator).
  • Temperature regulation with PID (proportional integral derivative).
  • Full integration between Inverter and electronics.
  • Acoustic and visual malfunction indicators.
  • “Ad Hoc” consistency control: for the production of creamy, compact and dry gelato.
